Welcome to the Privacy Policy for Goach, LLC, owner and operator of the Goach golf software experience. We are required to provide this information to you to comply with state, federal and international law, and we also want to take this opportunity to be as transparent as possible in how we protect, store and use your personal information. If you access our services through our website, mobile application, or another device, (“Services”), these policies and procedure will apply to the collection, use and disclosure of your information. Some of the data we collect will be at your discretion (you can share it with us, or not) and some will be collected automatically so we can provide our Services to you. Data is collected when you provide it to us by using the Goach app or by visiting any page of our website. It can also be collected through emails, surveys or ads. When you create an account with us, we will need you to provide us with a username or email address, along with a password. Any of your personal details can be accessed and updated via the app – you are in control of your own personal information.

We may also use any reviews or comments you create and submit about our app, services or products for display on our website, in advertising material or in marketing material. This includes any review or comments made through our website or through third parties such as the Apple App Store or Android Google Play Store.
