Welcome to the Privacy Policy for Goach, LLC, owner and operator of the Goach golf software experience. We are required to provide this information to you to comply with state, federal and international law, and we also want to take this opportunity to be as transparent as possible in how we protect, store and use your personal information. If you access our services through our website, mobile application, or another device, (“Services”), these policies and procedure will apply to the collection, use and disclosure of your information. Some of the data we collect will be at your discretion (you can share it with us, or not) and some will be collected automatically so we can provide our Services to you. By clicking your consent or using ou Services, you hereby agree to these Privacy terms.

We use Your Personal data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

  • Services refers to the Application or the Website or both.

Data is collected when you provide it to us by using the Goach app or by visiting any page of our website. It can also be collected through emails, surveys or ads. When you create an account with us, we will need you to provide us with a username or email address, along with a password. Any of your personal details can be accessed and updated via the app – you are in control of your own personal information.

Public Comments, Reviews or Interactions Created by You
We may also use any reviews or comments you create and submit about our app, services or products for display on our website, in advertising material or in marketing material. This includes any review or comments made through our website or through third parties such as the Apple App Store or Android Google Play Store.

There may be other sections of our website where you can make public posts or comments. We would remind users that this information can be viewed publicly and possibly be used by others. We also collect data on how you use the app in order to improve our service. Your url clickstreams (the path you take around our website and app), date and time you access the site and even pages you visit.

If You decide to register through or otherwise grant us access to a Third-Party Social Media Service, we may collect Personal data that is already associated with your Third-Party Social Media Service’s account, such as your name, email address, activities or contact list associated with that account.

You may also have the option of sharing additional information with the Company through Your Third-Party Social Media Service’s account. You can choose not to provide us with personal data if you prefer not to: If you choose to do this, you can continue to use the website and browse its pages, but we will not be able to provide you with access to the app or systems that require your personal data. You can turn off cookies in your browser by changing its settings: You can block cookies by activating a setting on your browser allowing you to refuse cookies. You can also delete cookies through your browser settings. If you turn off cookies, you can continue to use the website and browse its pages, but the website will not work as effectively.

You can opt-out from marketing at any time by amending your preferences. You can do this via the Your Account section of the app or the website. You have the right to access information we hold about you.

We will provide you with the information free of charge and within one month of your request, unless doing so would adversely affect the rights and freedoms of another person (e.g. another person’s confidentiality or intellectual property rights). We’ll tell you if we can’t meet your request for whatever reason.

Portability:
You have the right to port your data to another service.
We will give you a copy of your data in a reusable format so that you can provide it to another service if you so wish. You have the right to be ‘forgotten’ by us.
You can do this by asking us to erase any personal data we hold about you, if it is no longer necessary for us to hold the data for purposes of your use of Goach. In cases of erasure, please be aware that some of your personal data will need to be retained by us where we have a legal obligation to continue holding it. For example, in some jursidctions we are required by law to hold billing information for a minimum of 7 years.

You are responsible for keeping your username and password secret and safe.Please do not share your account credentials with anyone else.

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company’s operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. It means that this information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of Your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from Your jurisdiction.
